Fees - (for new hours starting September 2017)
For children who are not eligible for the universal 15 hours for 3 year olds or the 2 year funding, and for nursery attendance in excess of allotted 2-year funding or universal 15 hours for 3 year olds, fees are set as follows;
08.30-11.30 - £15 per 3 hour morning session.
13.00-16.00 - £15 per 3 hour afternoon session.
08.30-16.00 - £30 per 7.5 hour day session.*
We believe it's better for the children if they attend regularly, for a minimum of 2 sessions a week. This helps them to gain confidence, get the most out of our activities, and make strong friendships with other children in the group.
We are a term time only nursery, all bank holidays and inset training days will not be charged.
Fees are payable monthly in advance – You will be invoiced at the beginning of the half-term for the following half-terms care. Fees can be paid by cash or by bank transfer (please ask for our BACS details) Please discuss with the manager the best payment arrangement to suit you (weekly monthly or half-termly).
Fees are still applicable, even if a child is absent. In the event of a prolonged absence please consult the manager. Each child’s attendance at the group is conditional upon continued payment of fees and/or receipt of Nursery Education Funding.
Notice Period – If you would like to permanently withdraw your child from Little Paws Nursery you must give six weeks notice in writing. The notice period will start on the day we receive your letter. You will be unable to claim to fund elsewhere for these six weeks.
* The price of a paid day session includes an additional 1.5 hours lunch hour care, when compaired to the cost of a morning and afternoon session. This is a pricing incentive scheme to encourge nursery uptake but currently isn't extended to 2-year funded, or or universal 15 hours for 3 year olds, placements. Currently a day session counts as 7.5 hours of a 2-year funded placement.
